  • Do you accept health insurance?
    Yes! I accept Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare Self pay clients: services must be paid in full with debit, credit, HSA or FSA cards.
  • How much does it cost?
    50 minute individual therapy session-$130 50 minute couples therapy session-$150
  • How many sessions should I attend to see improvements?
    It depends but typically 8-10 sessions. This is an ongoing assessment between therapist and client. The client is the expert on their desired result and progress discharge.
  • What happens if I need to cancel the session?
    Please give 24 hours notice to cancel the session so that another person can use the time. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in being charged a $75 late cancellation fee. There is a no show fee of the full cost of the session. You have a 15 minute grace period after which you will be charged the no show fee.
  • What are your credentials?
    I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, independently licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.

  • Where are you located?
    I'm located in Hyattsville, MD
  • Can I do an in person session?
    No all sessions are conducted through video conference (Telehealth). You must reside in MD, VA, or DC.
  • What is Telehealth?
    Telehealth goes by many names. It is often referred to as distance counseling, online counseling, telebehavioral health, telemental health, virtual therapy – the list goes on! Overall, these terms refer to receiving therapy/counseling via video or chat. Telehealth has been around for decades and has been proven to be just as effective as traditional in-person services.
